In-Flight Wi-Fi Account Password Rest

Thank you for contacting Panasonic Avionics.

For security reasons, we do not have access to the customers’ passwords. If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password by following these steps.

1. Click on the Forgot Password/Username button, located on the Log-In page of the Wi-Fi portal. 

2.Enter your registered email address and answer the secret questions that you created when you set up your account.
3. Enter your new password!

In case you do not remember the answer to the secret questions, please let us know your registered email address so that we can reset your account.

Please note that by resetting your account, you will need to re-create your account. Information from your previous account will be not saved, but you will be able to re-use your original email address to create a new account.
