Duplicate Reciept / Request for Invoice

 

If you purchased your in-flight Wi-Fi onboard the aircraft, a receipt was emailed to the email address you provided. If you purchased your in-flight Wi-Fi prior to your flight, you would need to contact the airline directly.  

We can issue a duplicate receipt with the following information:

• Transaction Number:
• Date of your flight:
• Card Holder (name as printed on the credit card(s) used to make the purchase):
• Last four digits of the credit card(s) used to make the purchase(s):
• PayPal registered email address - if you purchased via PayPal:
